An unboxing video is highly recommended to speed up the process for damaged or wrong items.
3. Valid Reasons for Return
Product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or model).
Product does not match the website description.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) within 7 to 10 working days.
6. Shipping Costs
If the error is ours (wrong/damaged product), we bear the shipping cost.
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee
